Providing global thought leadership on neurodiversity
Neurodiversity is the belief that there are vast differences in the way human brains learn, drive cognitive behavior and socially interact. Society needs to accept and embrace these differences in order that each person can live their life as independently and productively as possible and to their fullest extent.
International Neurodiversity Alliance's CEO, Terry Cecil, put together a panel on "Embracing Neurodivergents in the Tech Industry" at the 2024 CES last January, the largest consumer technology show in the world. Panelists included the global heads of neurodiversity from IBM and Salesforce. It was CES's first panel on neurodiversity and the showcasing CTA's leadership on neurodiversity.

INA's CEO, Terry Cecil, will once again work with CTA to put together a panel focusing on neurodivergency for the upcoming CES this January 2025 in Las Vegas. . Mr. Cecil will moderate a panel on "Tech for Good: How Technology is Empowering Neurodivergents".
The International Neurodiversity Alliance is supporting the Pickleball International Committee, world organizing pickleball body, in its work to leverage pickleball programs to bring awareness to neurodiversity, lessons for neurodivergents, research fundraising and other means of accessibility and inclusion.
